Unless otherwise specified, all products are shipped from Color Savvy's Miamisburg OH warehouse.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). You may chose a method of shipping when you check out. When the ites are shipped you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. If you do not receive shipping information, please contact us.

Free Shipping

When free shipping is offered it will be shipped via ground service by either USPS or UPS at our discretion.

Returns

To start the return process, please contact us for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA)

The Color-Helper family of digital color advisors have a 30-day money back guarantee. This means that you may retun the device within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the cost of the product. All you need to pay for is the shipping.

You may return all other items, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
